Will I be eligible for legal aid?

The Divorce-Rights online service is provided by Winston Solicitors LLP. Our family law team is headed by Gabbie Clasper, who is nationally accredited by Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) as being a specialist in family law. 

In order to provide you with the best advice possible we must first establish whether you are eligible for Legal Aid.
