Simple Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution

If you want to divorce, and your spouse accepts your marriage has broken down and is unlikely to contest proceedings.

Cost £300 plus VAT.  There are also Court fees of £340.00 to be paid.  

Complex Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution

If you want to divorce, but your spouse is unlikely to accept your reasons for divorce. Cost £400 plus VAT.  There are Court fees of £340.00 to be paid.

Responding to a Divorce

If you have received some divorce papers you are unhappy about. Cost £150.00 plus VAT.  There may be a Court fee to pay, depending upon your circumstances.   

Children Issues

If you need help resolving issues relating to your children, or representation in Court. Our hourly rate from £95.00 plus VAT applies. We ask for a payment of one hour of time on account.

Financial Issues       

If you have an agreement:

If you have an agreement about money and are divorcing you need a clean break order. Cost £250.00 plus VAT. There is a Court fee of £40.00 to pay.

 If you don’t have an agreement:

If you have no agreement about money and are divorcing or separating, and need some help negotiating an agreement, or representation in Court.  Our hourly rate from £95.00 plus VAT applies. 

We ask for a payment of one hour of time on account.

Deed of Separation:

A legally binding document which records agreements reached about money or children if you decide you want to separate, but not divorce straightaway.

Cost £200.00 plus VAT 

Living together

Cohabitation agreements

If you are starting out together and want to prevent any arguments about property or money if you separate, a cohabitation agreement is a contract which records how you intend to sort out your financial affairs. Cost £150.00 plus VAT         

Separating If you are not married

If you are separating having lived together, but have not married, the law relating to your circumstances is complex.  If you need some help negotiating an agreement, or representation in Court our hourly rate from £95.00 per hour plus VAT applies.  We ask for a payment of one hour of time on account - (pay now link through to payment page?)
