We offer the following services on a fixed fee basis. This gives you certainty that you won't have to pay any more. We can offer arrangements to pay these fees by installments.

Simple Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution

If you want to divorce, and your spouse accepts your marriage has broken down and is unlikely to contest proceedings.

Complex Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution

If you want to divorce, but your spouse is unlikely to accept your reasons for divorce.

Responding to a Divorce

If you have received some divorce papers you are unhappy about. 

Our fees £300.00

There may be a Court fee to pay, depending upon your circumstances.

Expat Divorce

If you want to divorce, but either you or your spouse are living outside England and Wales.

Cohabitation agreements

If you are starting out together and want to prevent any arguments about property or money if you separate, a cohabitation agreement is a contract which records how you intend to sort out your financial affairs.

Children Issues

If you need some help resolving issues relating to your children or representation at court we can offer you a free initial telephone appointment with one of our solicitors and discuss your case. We can often offer fixed fee representation, but you may prefer to pay us on an hourly rate, by way of installments.
